1 Purpose of this Notice
This Privacy Notice sets out how Paradoxeer s.r.o. (“Futuristic Art”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, processes, stores and shares your personal data when you visit futuristic-art.com and use our AI image-generation tools (together, the “Services”).
We handle personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Sb. on Personal Data Processing. By using the Services you confirm that you have read and understood this Notice.

We do not intentionally request special-category data (e.g., health, religion). Please avoid including such information in prompts or uploads unless strictly necessary.

6 How long we keep data

Accounts & transactions: up to 10 years after the end of the accounting period (per Czech accounting law).

Saved prompts & AI images: retained until you delete them or close your account.

Technical logs: typically up to 12 months, unless needed to investigate incidents.

Marketing records: until you opt out or two years after last interaction.
After these periods data are securely erased or irreversibly anonymised.
7 Who gets access to your data?
We share personal information only where necessary:

Payment processors for secure card handling;

Cloud-hosting / e-mail providers located in the EU/EEA;

Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors, accountants) under confidentiality;

Regulators or law-enforcement bodies when legally required or to protect our rights.
All third-party processors act solely on our instructions under written agreements (DPAs).
8 Transfers outside the EEA
When we must move data to a country lacking an EU adequacy decision, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Copies can be requested via the contact details above.
9 Keeping data secure
We employ recognised best practices: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access control, regular security testing and ISO-27001-compliant data-centre infrastructure.
10 Your privacy rights
You may request to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, or port your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to email@futuristic-art.com. We will reply within one month.
If you feel your rights are breached, you may complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ) or to the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
11 Children
The Services target adults (18+). We do not knowingly process data of minors. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.
12 Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
13 Updates to this Notice
We may amend this Notice to reflect legal, technical or business changes. Substantial revisions will be highlighted via e-mail or an on-site banner. The latest version is always available on the Website.
